Solstice Soirée: An Evening Pause to Refresh, Renew & Regroup

Join Laughing One Studios for a special Summer Solstice gathering at Fischman Gallery on Friday, June 20, from 6:00–7:30 PM.

As the season shifts and daylight reaches its peak, take time to reconnect with yourself through an evening designed for reflection, creativity, and renewal. This guided experience offers a gentle invitation to pause, reset, and embrace the energy of the solstice in community.

The evening will include:
• Free writing and reflective prompts
• Breathwork practices
• A restorative sound bath
• Affirmation card making

Whether you're seeking clarity, inspiration, or simply a moment of stillness, this gathering creates space to refresh your mind, renew your spirit, and regroup for the season ahead.

Please bring: a spirit of inquiry, a yoga mat or towel, and a notebook and pen.
